Masks are mandatory at all times except when playing. Distancing will be enforced. Balls will be sanitized after each session. We want you to bring your own chair but, if you use CRC chairs, we ask that you sanitize it before leaving and stack them against the wall.
We will provide both hand sanitizers and chair sanitizers. Please sanitize your hands before setting up and taking down nets. CRC super cleans the place each day and are asking those that have at least two symptoms of Covid to stay at home.
Some new changes are:
1. Please bring your own chair but you may still opt to disinfect and wipe down the CRC chairs after use and stack them in the corner before leaving.
2. Directional arrows and markers will be in place for lining up to register and for the seating areas.
3. We will enter and exit the courts counter-clockwise while always wearing a mask.
4. When playing four on/four off, bring the ball with you to be placed in the sanitizing bucket when you leave the court. The same if we have to go to 12 on/12 off with a timer.
5. Please don’t congregate without physical distancing at the front door. We must remain outside respecting physical distancing or in our cars each morning until a volunteer comes out to let you in as we need to set up inside first.
6. Please hand-sanitize when registering and after each match and before setting up or taking down nets.
Memberships: Note Change: Anyone who joins or renews effective immediately will not have to renew until December 31, 2022.
See MEMBERSHIP to learn how to join.
Beginners: Training of beginners will be held on Thursday mornings from 10 am until 12:30 pm on Court 1. Maximum 4 beginners at a time. They must register by sending an email to email@example.com
Volunteers needed: For training, drills and to help at the registration desk and the setting up and taking down of nets. Mini workshops will be provided for this. Please consider working on one of the following committees: Social, Tournament, Equipment, Training, Public Relations, Sponsorship, Youth PB, and Constitution.
Lost and Found: Please label all your equipment to make it easy to get it back to you without having to send out an email if you forget to take them home. Pictures of articles will be posted on the website for 30 days. After that, they will be donated to charity or disposed of.
Bulletin Board: There is an RPC bulletin board just outside the gym at CRC. Please check it over as you come in.
